National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017
The National New Homes Customer Satisfaction survey was launched in response to recommendations in the Barker Review of Housing in 2004, and is a census of the new home purchasers of UK house-builders.
This year’s results have just been announced, and once again Croudace Homes achieved the maximum 5 Star Award for quality and customer service. This is our fifth such award in the five years we have been eligible on volume thresholds – and we are one of only 15 house-builders nationally to receive the top accolade.
The award means that throughout the past 12 months over 90% of our customers would recommend their friends to buy a home from us. The magnitude of this achievement is best summed up by the words of the HBF Chief Executive, Stewart Baseley: “To achieve such high levels of satisfaction at a time when there is such a pressure on the industry to increase volumes, and in today’s very demanding market place, is a credit to you and everyone within your organisation, and I send my sincere congratulations.”
Our current rating makes Croudace one of only six house-builders in England and Wales who have held the prestigious 5 Star rating every year.
Croudace’s commitment to quality and the care and attention to detail it demands are appreciated by our customers; the status of holding a 5 Star Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Award is a useful guide to indicate the high standard they can expect from a Croudace home.
